      Pros

      -You will really have to try hard to get fired. -This is an ideal place for you if you got an engineering degree for job security and don't mind doing the same thing for the rest of your life. If you like innovation and working with people who you can look up to and are inspiring, this certainly is not the place.

      Cons

      -Terrible management -Boring work -Yearly raises are jokes -Terrible hours -Constant fire drills -Lack of collaboration/transparency amongst the engineering departments, people are constantly trying to throw each other under the bus.

      Pros

      good benefits the majority of the time I was there, but they changed right before I left and not for the better.

      Cons

      Upper managers from out of town would come in and go directly to the office of highest ranking person in town and would never say anything to any of the staff. Didn't seem to have time for anyone else. It was a toxic work environment, lots of backstabbing and attempts by staff to make themselves look better by tearing others down.

      -Understanding attitude about work/life balance overall -Mostly nice coworkers

      Cons

      Short story: don't work here unless you're a white male with an Ivy aleague degree Quite the list for Florham Park: -Sexist attitudes, women can never get ahead unless their husband works there -Nepotism is widely accepted, anyone's kids immediately has a leg up -Racist attitudes are definitely prevalent, particularly for the white male -Heavy favoritism towards those holding Ivy League degrees, no matter how skilled or hard working they are -Below average pay -Narrow focus with bringing in work and projects -Bad Healthcare benefits
