      Pros

      Every other Friday off. The people are generally friendly and the atmosphere is overall good. The facility is somewhat up to date and there is investment in employee health.

      Cons

      Some middle management needs to be removed. Old thought processes interfere with streamlining procedures. Things are harder than they need to be.

      Pros

      The area and location I worked in had really good immediate and mid-level bosses, so flexibility was there and being rewarded for hard work was there.

      Cons

      Any "corporate" management had no understanding of how our location worked or made money and they made it hard to do a good job for the customer. Local management were very quick to farm out interesting projects to contractors. Corporate was highly afraid to leverage existing talent and some existing software. Not enough time off and vacation time has to be used as sick time.

      Pros

      Time cards are easy to process with just "1-click" daily. Decent benefits. Allow employees a high degree of autnomy.

      Cons

      Management does nothing to support or nurture its employees. No sick leave, just general leave to use as necessary. Highly-structured goal and review process; little actual variable input by the employee allowed.
