      Pros

      One thing I like was they pay for employee insurance. That's employee only.

      Cons

      Majority of employees are in their 20s and 98% are Mexicans/Hispanics. Company discriminates again older generation's 40+ it gets worse for 50 plus on up. Pay is 12.53, s panish speaking u might add 1.00?

      Pros

      Decent work life balance if you are allowed to take advantage of it.

      Cons

      Management hasn't a clue at the amount of work that goes into EHS. Mgt does not take accountability for safety and enjoys to finger point. The pay and benefits are below industry standard. No ability to move up unless you in the good ole clique.
