      Important work. Well financed. Able to work on challenging technical projects. Fairly flexible hours and work practices. Company has operations in many areas of the country for possible transfer.

      Cons

      In the area I worked in there was at times lower attention paid to innovation. Many of the contracts were government based. Resulting on a rather rigid focus on project scope.
