      Pros

      Great company to work for. It is a large company that has a small company feel if you work for a smaller business unit. Lots of support from management.

      Cons

      Very rigid work environment. Not a lot of room for creativity. This is by design so it is not for everyone.

      How this place has over 3.0 rating baffles me

      Pros

      Flex time - work 40 hours a week and leave whenever you hit that 401k - company matches a total of 5% of your salary if you toss in 6% Work/Life balance is great But wait until they make changes to these benefits

      Cons

      Parking is bad Tuition Reimbursement is bad - 0-3 years will only get half reimbursement Work is boring Not much career opportunities Pay is inferior compared to other big corporations You might as well leave while you have the chance put in my 2 weeks just in the nick of time
