      great work ethics. team collaboration is great. code reviews are geared to writing better code. and this company is a great place to work.

      Cons

      there are no cons. like the pros this company is great to work for. they allow remote development to sr software engineers and are lax as long as you can hold your work load. very nice people to work with

      Unfortunately for me I have none. I was punished for not having the required experience when that is why I was hired to begin with.
