Not a great company to work for, atleast not at this particular location
Pros
I did love the work environment. I loved the work I was involved in doing. It was very laid back, and most of the coworkers were easy going.
Cons
The leadership and management was the absolute worst. They mircomanged everything! They also did not fire employees that deserved to be fired. When an employee does not do their own work, they lie, they cause conflicts, lie on their time cards, they reward the employee by giving them less work to do. Poor leadership leads to higher turn over rate and employees being disgruntle. This environment causes good and hardworking employees to leave. The managers will pretend that employees that are left were on good terms, when really majority of employees left because of management or the lack of benefits. The vacation benefits are not great. You only get two weeks of vacation a year. I would not recommend working for this company.
