      Pros

      We work on very interesting and complex aerospace parts. It is rewarding when we are able to satisfy our customers with a completed product.

      Cons

      Management is not as in tune to the morale of the employees as I think it should be. I would like to see a more long term approach to problem solving rather than a band aid temporary fix.

      the employees are friendly. the supervisors are pretty friendly. a good opportunity for work if you are willing to work.

      Cons

      the location is central to most but not the greatest for everyone. there are not too many cons. flexible scheduling but you have to stick with it for a while.

      Was hired on the spot. Full benefits, sick time, holiday started the first day of work.

      Cons

      Assigned a full time position, but at the first hint of contract expiring, provided us no pay leave papers.
