Pros
Great department team to work with. Everybody pulling together to get the projects and daily work done that creates excellent end-user satisfaction.
Cons
Management could be more supportive. They over-use the concept that the IT customer is always right. Management does not stand behind their employees and are prone to point the finger instead of taking the blame. Also too much work for the staff to handle without burn-out. Salaried staff work usually 50+ hour per week ( zero over-time ).
