      Pros

      Pay is okay depend on the business unit and geographical location. Absence of skilled people specially in management levels.

      Cons

      Constant struggle to find a charge code, Modern methodologies has not been adopted, Strong dependency to obsolete tools and paradigms, Company does not invests on people.

      There really aren't any pros.

      Cons

      Bad management, us vs. them mentality, poor salary, no work life balance, no appreciation, did I mention bad management. Very high turnover due to bad management.
