      Pros

      No to very little expectations of employees. Full time and free health insurance if wanted

      Cons

      Unorganized. HR IS A JOKE. Supervisors do alot of work but most dont know how to help you with actual calls. ISG is who you call for help and the wait is normally 3mins-30 mins. some are very helpful some are idiots and hang up on you because they cant help.

      a lot of politics every department is different - dependent on management style lots of bureaucracy
