      Pros

      the pay was reasonable..experience great for resume...overall was quite a great experience for anyone seeking to expand their horizons .

      Cons

      training wasn't the most informative. i felt as if all the time in training was a complete waste..you don't actually learn what the job encompasses until you're actually on the floor.

      Pros

      Challenging environment, good team and training, office culture was demanding but fair. Opportunities to move up were there if you worked hard. Work life balance was great.

      Cons

      Personal growth was a little hard since they would tend to stigmatize you into 1 role and look down on anyone trying to move into another area.

      Large company, business processes; ability to learn how the big guys do business.

      Cons

      Even though its a large company, in a day to day context, it's a small world. and it's all about who you know in terms of how successful professionally an individual will be. sometimes they forget, it's the employees, particularly the ones on contract that are making it possible for the executives, and the shareholders to make money. Obviously, corporate management matters, but sometimes the decisions needs to be made that benefit the employee, so that you can make them want to come back to work every day.
