      There is a niche for your expertise.

      Cons

      Unions and there work rules. As a engineer, you could not.move.a.part from one area to another without a Union member pushing the cart.

      the pay was reasonable..experience great for resume...overall was quite a great experience for anyone seeking to expand their horizons .

      Cons

      training wasn't the most informative. i felt as if all the time in training was a complete waste..you don't actually learn what the job encompasses until you're actually on the floor.

      Great place to work if you are in the right division. Great PTO Good benefits Some good work spaces There's some good managers

      Cons

      AIS is currently struggling in the Scottsdale facility so it's a very stressful place. Old boys club mentality. The lowest tech company that claims to be high tech Open concept work spaces are terrible.
