Pros
Large company, business processes; ability to learn how the big guys do business.
Cons
Even though its a large company, in a day to day context, it's a small world. and it's all about who you know in terms of how successful professionally an individual will be. sometimes they forget, it's the employees, particularly the ones on contract that are making it possible for the executives, and the shareholders to make money. Obviously, corporate management matters, but sometimes the decisions needs to be made that benefit the employee, so that you can make them want to come back to work every day.
