      I retired after 25+ years....

      Cons

      They changed the pension formula to ensure they pay less to those that put in many years, and years, and years.....Thanks GD. They also went to a horrible high-deductible health care option a few years back...That's option as in no other choices...Take this poor plan or leave it.

      Pay is okay depend on the business unit and geographical location. Absence of skilled people specially in management levels.

      Cons

      Constant struggle to find a charge code, Modern methodologies has not been adopted, Strong dependency to obsolete tools and paradigms, Company does not invests on people.
