Pros
The benefits are among the best there is, and while the site management is too busy trying to be every bodys buddy to be effective, the corporation as a whole strives to take care of their employees while maintaining profitability.
Cons
Site management has failed to maintain a level of professionalism to be expected of them. A serious lack of integrity within mabagement, resulting in a lack of respect for management by employees. Middle management at the site spends too much time listening to employees whoh are trying to impress them with what said employee knows, and too little time acually observing employees in the performance of assigned duties.
