      Benefits and flexible schedule for running shifts

      Cons

      Clique culture and the good old boy system is very much engrained in the entire facility. If you are not on the in crowd, good luck on moving up.

      9/80 schedule BUT if you work less than 40hrs you wont get paid for the missing hour even if you are "salary" emplyee
