      Pros

      My position was remote so that was the biggest upside. Job security with a security clearance. You can choose to take on a lot of work if you'd like and learn more about whatever your project content focuses on but that's like most companies.

      Cons

      Nobody turned on their cameras and people seemed to be afraid of the lead engineer because they bullied others.

      The pay is good starting but your raise will be less than 1%.

      Cons

      - Horrible management - Work culture that doesn’t foster growth - Your relocation does not cover relocation. - Projects here have no value to your career. -Projects take years to be put on -No mentorship you’re on your own. - Your salary will have money taken from it for “unpaid holidays” - Little PTO - No parking (get ready to take the bus everyday) - Deceptive HR - Turn over rate of 60% do I need to say more?
