      Pay is good, benefits okay.

      Management has no clue what inspectors have to deal with. Leads, supervisors do as they please, which involves very little work.

      Pros

      My position was remote so that was the biggest upside. Job security with a security clearance. You can choose to take on a lot of work if you'd like and learn more about whatever your project content focuses on but that's like most companies.

      Cons

      Nobody turned on their cameras and people seemed to be afraid of the lead engineer because they bullied others.
