      Pros

      GD has been a leader in warhead development, and the opportunities I had and experience I have gained because of this have been both huge and diverse. I have not only experienced the chance to develop myself, but have watched so many people come in at an entry level position and grow in to senior or management positions.

      Cons

      The team culture hardly exists anymore. It feels more cutthroat than I have ever experienced.
