      Pros

      good benefits the majority of the time I was there, but they changed right before I left and not for the better.

      Cons

      Upper managers from out of town would come in and go directly to the office of highest ranking person in town and would never say anything to any of the staff. Didn't seem to have time for anyone else. It was a toxic work environment, lots of backstabbing and attempts by staff to make themselves look better by tearing others down.

      lots of challenging work combined with tedious work

      Cons

      GD only pays for things if it can be billed to a client. so nothing is done as a company for the employees.
