      -Understanding attitude about work/life balance overall -Mostly nice coworkers

      Short story: don't work here unless you're a white male with an Ivy aleague degree Quite the list for Florham Park: -Sexist attitudes, women can never get ahead unless their husband works there -Nepotism is widely accepted, anyone's kids immediately has a leg up -Racist attitudes are definitely prevalent, particularly for the white male -Heavy favoritism towards those holding Ivy League degrees, no matter how skilled or hard working they are -Below average pay -Narrow focus with bringing in work and projects -Bad Healthcare benefits

      Good pay for entry level engineering position, expect around 70-75k.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch. You will not develop skills that you can use anywhere else because all of their processes are so far behind. If you pitch anything new that would streamline or automate anything you will most likely be met with contempt or be disregarded entirely due to the old adage "if it ain't broke don't fix it" which will soon cripple them. You can never be fired and accountability is lacking. Parking!
