      Great career building opportunity. The Engineering department has great help resources and knowledgeable senior staff. If you put in the work you can go really far.

      Cons

      Some departments could use more help (man power) than others but if you reach out to the right people you can get the help you need.

      9/80 work schedule, every other Friday off. Great 401K matching funds, good health care benefits. Good opportunities to explore multiple disciplines at one geographic location. Flexible work environment including remote/off site opportunities.
