      full time, benefits, some overtime.

      Cons

      Not respected by higher staff, You could have been more experienced than the manager of the entire building and still not get hired in an interview for a position you already partially did. You are asked to do more for less, training other employees, writing docs, etc. pay didn't increase by a full dollar amount per hr after 4 years.
