Pros

Great transition if you are looking to break out of retail, Monday-Friday with holidays off! Family owned with a personal touch with all their employees.

Cons

Not a lot of cons, I was always happy to go to work every day.

Pros

GF is a great place to work. They really invest in the success and professional development of their employees. It's a collaborative and team oriented atmosphere so you really feel like part of one big family. The work / life balance is great.. Hours are ideal and having every weekend off is just amazing. Thanks for bringing me into the GF family 10 years ago and investing in my success.
