Pros

Great group of people to work with and for me close to home,for some departments there's room to grow. Most managers have an open door policy. 401K match, benefits offered after 90 days.

Cons

Benefits for a family is expensive, the first 3 years of hiring takes awhile for days off to accumulate, pay could be more competitive
