Great personalities in certain staff members. Steady work schedule with no weekends.

Cons

Excessively difficult procedures, lack of trust from upper management, understaffed locations, no room for advancement, working both the sales counter and the warehouse in branches leads to messy job environment, extreme micro management from headquarters, lack of a cohesive or intelligent marketing program, cold calling customers, no training program, run the risk of being relocated to different branches without notice,
