Pros
The people came from all sorts a background and it made the work place lively and interesting. The employee discount is 40% which really helps cause the shoes are definitely not cheap.
Cons
some managers that got hired were extremely clueless on taking over the store. One of the ones I worked with didn't try to get to know her staff and just assigned them any position (sales or stock). Which is not efficient because people who do sales don't always do well in the stock room shifting, and vice versa. Before I left they changed the discount and added a limit to the amount of discount you received monthly. So you can use your 40% and save up till that amount they limited you for that month.
