Pros

Good company. Currently allowing employees to work from home. The company will give gifts to employees and acknowledges/thank employees as a whole for their good work.

Cons

Hard for some really good employees to get promoted. Seems you have to know someone to get a management position. Some are brought in as managers with no management experience and there is no management training.
