They have insurance for now

Insurance premiums keep going up, bonuses taken away, no raise in 7 years not even cost of living, changing us from 3 week schedule to 4 week schedule without asking anyone's opinion or giving any notice. More concerned with a customer that at all with the employees

Cons

Controllers are underpaid for work performed, told by management and company leadership that we are worthless and should be happy to have a job. Benefits are decent, but that is always held over you.
