Cons

Bad management, poor team coordination, no career path defined, no career growth, 'just do as I say' mentality, lack of vision in the company. The list goes on and on.... STAY AWAY!

I like living in Wyoming

Senior management goes to great lengths to ensure you live in constant fear of being fired. They regularly hold "public hangings" (firings) to reinforce that fear. You are constantly talked down to. If you are not an over payed consultant your opinion is worthless. Team work is a foreign concept in this culture. You have to constantly watch your back. Long hours, dedication, nor your contributions are rewarded here. 2020 was a tough year for everyone - 401K contributions were cut, no bonuses, deferred raises while the president went ahead and took an $850K "retention" bonus and the company paid out $148 million in shareholder distributions.
