A lot of free time... but a lot away from home...

Pros

Solid work, great pay and benefits, pay for ALL travel expenses and a very large company with many different operations. 401k match and profit Sharing. Marine/offshore transportation, trucking transportation, rail ways, refinery and pipe lines. 4 weeks on/off gives you lot of free time to do what you want.

Cons

You will miss lots of holidays and events due to the nature of the rotation schedule which was 3on/3off and became 4on/4 off which is a LONG time to be on board ANY vessel.

You’re able to Gain experience and move on quickly,provides paycheck, decent insurance. Not much in the way of pros with this place.

Cons

Management is poor, and plays favoritism there is no room to grow in this company. My advice is to stay away from this place.
