Pros

The people there were great to work with. It was relaxed, but things got done. I only ended up leaving because of a family move.

Cons

There were a lot of managerial changes while I was there, but that comes with any merger. Things settled down after a while.

Very difficult to get the information needed to do your job effectively; essentially no communication from managment to employees regarding strategy, goals, etc.
