Pay is average. Good Benefits.

Cons

Poor management. Upper management turns blind eye to what’s going on and rewards the ones doing wrong in company and actually treat the hard workers horrible . Hostile work environment . Some Shoreside mangers puts on a show to act like they care but they don’t . Perception is everything to some people .
