      Pay is pretty good but for location could be better.

      Cons

      Expect for you to do several jobs at same pay. Expects you to squeeze 12 hours of work into 8 hours. Zero employee appreciation and morale is horrible.

      Great atmosphere for the most part.

      Cons

      Terrible communication, no raises, does not stick to their promises in regards to increases and bonuses. Very stressful. Constant changing. Does not take care of employees. Benefits are not great at all.
