      Pros

      Individual team work culture is what helps keep staff morale up. Many locations to work at. Online CEU courses for free.

      Cons

      difficulty using PTO, no paid holidays, impossible to get time off during summer (Memorial day- Labor day) and holidays (Thanksgiving- New Years). No raises , no 401K match, poor staff retention due to lack of support from corporate Area Directors.
