After “regionalization” the management changed TAM structure from Customer Care to Professionsl Services. The new management shift focus from the customer to i crease revenue only. This had direct impact on TAM demand Which led the management to ask TAMs to help sell the Service… but selling is not TAM duty…

It's been great working at Genesys. The people are super supportive and caring. They're a fun bunch to work on. There are some organizational inefficiencies, but what company doesn't have those? Since it's a global company, I've gotten to travel to various off-sites and meet coworkers in person. The company has grown and hired a good number of people in the product development related areas.

Cons

Their promotions process isn't very clear.
