      Pros

      The workforce is very team oriented, Executive Leadership has strong vision and is structuring for future success. Teamwork is strong amongst teams and well focused on innovation and superior CX. Expansion of offerings in On Premise, significant growth in Cloud and shift towards omni channel technologies/solutions is positioning Genesys for the future and strengthens its position as the industry leader.

      Cons

      Technical Consultants, Engineers and PM's are extremely overloaded and overworked. PS is overwhelmed in process and administrative tasks. Opportunities for upward mobility are few and far between. Ability to increase pay is nearly non-existent with exception of small annual cost of living increase.

      Pros

      I have joined Genesys as Senior Software Engineer. I have previously worked in Service based company in India, now I know why people are always wanting to work in a product based company. Friendly environment, travel opportunity , lot of learning opportunities , nice product with lot of customers all around the world. Learning curve is very peak and lot of things to learn.

      I don't find any cons to list. I am satisfied with the company.

      Pros

      I have joined Genesys and working since last 5 months now. Earlier to this, i was working in an Indian Company. I am happy to say this is complete different experience for me. Happy to see the process in place and being followed in each and everything department. - Approachable management - Robust policies across the departments. - Flat work culture. - Keeps good care of employees. - Very supportive colleagues and seniors In short, i could able to manage my work life balance in much better way.
