Genesys is a beast of a company to work for, and I love it!
Pros
Genesys is a behemoth; ambitious, many-headed, always pushing forward - I genuinely believe that the will to power the worlds best customer experiences is both a worthy one and one which Genesys has written in it's very source code, from the CEO right down. I'm proud to be a part of that and Genesys incentivises, encourages and nurtures that pride in me, in my team, in my region and in my contacts globally. Internal communications since coming together with InIn have been excellent. Thank you!
Cons
Sometimes, sheer size and ambition can mean Genesys moves slowly but it recognises this in itself and makes huge effort to counter it. Internal document management can be diffuse and confusing. Updates are freely available but the phrase "you have to know where to look" doesn't begin to cover it. Relationships with partner networks can be confusing and wrong-headed, the tail sometimes wags the dog. This is nit-picking, and none of those factors are in serious trouble, just brief notes.
