A great place to work if you are passionate about customers and service and experience provided to them. You are given full autonomy and space to make decisions and invent better ways to improve CX through innovative use of technology. If you are interested in getting involved with a company where the future customer service and customer experience technological solutions are developed then look no further and join Genesys. I have been with a company for just over a year and finding it very fulfilling - I think Genesys is a company that 'walks the talk' as its senior level leadership is absolutely behind its brand promises and focus on CX (for its clients and their customers) remains their ultimate priority!

Cons

Sometimes travel can take its toll on work life balance as depending on your role your geographical remit may involve an extensive travel commitments and schedule.

It has strong values and we all respect and commit to them, honesty, hard working, transparency, teamwork. We are a diverse culture of employees, talented and committed to making a difference. If work-life is important, personal-life is at the same level. In Genesys we work to achieve the objectives, with flexible timetables, and adaptability to individual needs. Genesys is always concern about training its employees in hard and soft skills. Innovation is present in the mind of all of us.

Cons

One of the main challenges is to keep up with your peers in terms of knowledge, everyone is well prepared, always learning new stuff and challenging others with proposals or different ways of doing thing. In some roles traveling is part of the job and sometimes is though to deal with it. It's not an "up or out" company but you can not "make yourself comfortable" in a role; continuous improvement is mandatory.
