Executives are down to earth. Flexibility in work hours. Work hard/play hard culture. Good compensation and benefits package.

Cons

Not for people who doesnt want work/life balance, otherwise none that I can think of.

- A lot of possibilities in utilizing your skills and get new ones; - Possibilities to help to and get support of the great people; - It's hard to get bored because you need to learn almost all the time; - Friendly atmosphere, very well equipped and cozy office; appropriate working environment and flexible working schedule; - Interesting tasks and opportunities for growth

Cons

- Would be good to have different teams and departments working more cohesive and complementing each other - Would be good to have more flexible and quick decision-making system (adjustable to the reality)
