      Genesys had a good high level engineering culture, lots of chances to interact with other teams, good technology and people and pre-COVID there was an internal engineering conference where people from different locations would get to meet

      Cons

      It is quite a political organisation. Lots of competing products and teams who get pitted against each other. Mainly caused by the policy of building in house and also acquiring companies which do the same thing.
