We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. Vesting periods are a very standard feature in employer-offered retirement accounts (like 401(k)s) for employer-matched contributions, typically requiring 3–5 years of service for full ownership. ESOP accounts are fully funded by Gensler. Employees are fully vested after 5 years of service.
