      Great People, some of the best talent, Interesting projects, good clients, worldwide exposure, unlimited resources within the firm for learning, teaching, cross pollination of practice areas

      Cons

      favoritism,unequal application of promotion firmwide, easy to be associate in Lacrosse, very difficacult in Los Angeles politics, the usual, growing too fast, too many people for them to really focus on individuals, or mentor

      Worst experience in my design career at San Jose office

      Pros

      Good staff. Developed a strong bond with general staff who are in the same boat (overworked & under-paid) to mock the sub-par upper management.

      Cons

      Leadership cares zero for the well-being of their employees and 100% on how much profit they make. This place is nothing more than a sweatshop in silicon valley that stamps out mediocre office design.

      Great wonderful place to grow... If your in a larger office

      Pros

      Great people. People have your back and become life long friends. If you leave to check out the grass being greener, you can come back as a boomerang. It's an actual program. Great benefits, overtime pay, profit sharing, health, etc Great visibility in industry with access to so much. When you say you are from Gensler, people listen and will call you back. Great training for movement.

      Cons

      Not all offices are created equal.
