      Great people, no attitudes (that;s hard to find in the architecture industry). Lots of opportunities to travel. Pay for overtime.

      Cons

      Pay structure is not good. They consider your bonuses as part of your salary. Difficult to advance your career

      Positive community, lots of co-curricular activities to help you meet those outside your studio, great project portfolio to learn from, mentor-driven culture, good pay and bonus program

      Cons

      Hard to get out of your studio, especially if you're not very involved with activities; can get "stuck" with one project manager for multiple projects if they want to keep you, which limits your exposure to other mentoring opportunities
