      Great learning environment and team working environment. The company is highly focus on developing global presence and providing a great platform to connect with offices in different countries.

      Cons

      Some offices can be too large and politics in the office can be stressful.

      Pros

      Strong future. Company continues to grow while others remain static. Job security and benefits.

      Cons

      Does not value their employees, treat them as commodities. Does not appropriately communicate company culture. Management is cold and will disparage you if you step off their beaten path! Pay is lower than other companies. Environment is stressful, uptight, and one of blame.

      Pros

      They are willing and able to compensate you for your continuimg education and there are plenty of in office opputunities to continue your learning for credits as well. The culture is good and they seem to value people as individuals and there are bi-annual reviews to allow for good dialogue between you and upper managment.

      Cons

      The pay is low and it is said that the bonus makes up for the low compensation. The bonus is on par with the rest of the firms in the industry and it simply brings your overall compensation to market value. This is a great firm with top with prestigious clients and every year they have better earnings, why not share some of the b\value the employees have helped earn.
