fun environment working with clients interested in the brand, store management & supervisors are super kind and understanding, loved being able to meet and connect with people at this job, occasional "bonuses"

Cons

NO commission, base rate pay needs to be increased, would appreciate more benefits, limited support or guidance from central management, could use more diversity, quality control is garbage, inconsistent direction from corporate leadership
