Cons

As a young employee at Gentle Monster, I found the company lacking opportunities for growth. Korean overseas team micromanaged everyone, and ours seemed disconnected and unresponsive to employee concerns, the environment lacked any sense of teamwork. Additionally, the salary and benefits were below industry standards. Overall, I would not recommend Gentle Monster as a place for young professionals to build their career. Look elsewhere!
