Pros

After working with Gentle Monster for over a year I saw improvements in perks. Some of the people that worked here were great to be around.

Cons

The work culture was terrible. Upward advancement was impossible and always favored friends, men, or Koreans. The US headquarters suffered greatly from a lack of diversity. Training, stated policies and vision for the company were also non existent. This led to a lot of miscommunication. Leadership at the director and executive levels lacked focus and direction.
