Not much really. Compared to other jobs, this company offers mid pros.

Cons

No discounts at all. You have to wait 6 months for your 1st free fair, nothing after that. I don't understand how they have so much budget to pay 'influencers' to market their product but don't even offer their employees discounts or free pairs.

- if you like fashion or even just eyewear they have cool designs and you learn about how to do adjustments - barely a pro but you get a free pair of frames every 6 months but you order it on the 6th month and comes in 2 months later

Cons

- disconnect with korea hq and US stores - "no attitude" and "policies" are enforced however management is hypocritical and passive-aggressive - for a "luxury brand" it's only base pay. no commission, no discount, the bonuses suck. we don't make enough for the labor and sales the stores makes. - calling out or time off is horrendous and inflexible - weekends are rough...
